Rider Profile - Wendy Ewen
Sydney's Wendy Ewen is a first time Kilometres for Kids rider and join's Kirrilee in 'representing' for the girls. Wendy is the partner of fellow K4K rider Pete Madden and is one strong cyclist. When Wendy introduced Pete to the sport of cycling over the last few year's, Pete described it as his 'weekly imasculation'. A term that those in the know have hung on to dearly. Wendy is a member of the 'Non-IT' crowd and is a teacher at Sydney's Mosman Prepatory College. You can support Wendy's efforts in this years K4K by clicking on the 'Sponsor a Rider' icon underneath Wendy's photo to the left. All donations will go towards providing a better quality of life for young Australian wheelchair users and all donors will receive a tax deductible receipt.
